Explore Nature’s LapNorth-west Bengaluru’s Tumkur Road belt, from Yeshwanthpur through Jalahalli, Bagalakunte and Nagasandra to Madavara, is the city’s oldest industrial heartland turned residential. The Green Line metro now runs the length of it to the Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre, NH-48 leads out to Tumakuru and the Satellite Town Ring Road, and the homes are larger for the money than in the east. This page gives the facts a buyer needs, with a source for each.
Facts reviewed on . Every figure carries a numbered source; distances and travel times are unit-specific and should be tested from the project gate.

Not yet. The Green Line ends at Madavara (BIEC); Nelamangala lies further out on NH-48. Any home sold as “near Nelamangala metro” is describing a plan, not a station.
