Care beyond handover

A home needs care.
A community needs clarity.

Understand the arrangements that apply to your project: who provides the service, what it covers and how an owner can reach the right person.

Longer-term thinking

The everyday details
deserve attention.

Clean common areas, organised maintenance and clear site responsibilities help a community feel cared for. Our approach draws on experience with company-managed communities and transitions to society-managed operations.

Any five-year-plus planning horizon applies only where it is established in the project’s written arrangements. Service scope, provider, duration, charges and society responsibilities need to be read together.

Existing service request? Use the Owners page and include your project and home reference.

Before you decide

Good questions.
Clear next steps.

Does the same maintenance plan apply to every project?

No. The applicable written plan identifies the provider, service scope, term, charges and the responsibilities of the company, provider and residents’ society.

Is a five-year care plan automatically free maintenance?

No. A planning horizon does not establish free service. The relevant agreement explains the scope and charges.

Where do I raise a service request?

Use the Owners route to identify the project and describe the support needed. For an immediate safety issue, follow the on-site emergency arrangements.
