A practical first conversation

Clarity before
a commitment.

Every opportunity deserves its own review. The first conversation is an introduction, not an offer or a development commitment.

01

Understand the opportunity.

Location, access, approximate extent, owner expectations and the proposed collaboration.

02

Review with the right people.

Technical, commercial and legal review through an authorised process.

03

Agree the way forward.

Discuss the model and terms only after the opportunity is understood.

Before a detailed review

A clear introduction
makes a useful start.

Share the locality, approximate land extent, access and your preferred collaboration. Say whether you are the owner or an authorised representative.

Detailed ownership and title records should move through the agreed secure review process. The first introduction does not establish a valuation, offer, feasibility approval or development commitment.

Small plots and legacy homes

By introduction,
for families we know.

A small part of the company’s work, offered to existing customers and their circle rather than advertised.

Some families own a single prime plot or a home built decades ago in the older parts of the city, and want it renewed without selling it. 5 Elements has worked with such families on joint development and on rebuilding the family home: the owners keep the floors they want and the balance is developed and marketed by the company.

The conversation begins with the documents and a walk of the site. The company then puts a written proposal on the table, with the share, the timeline and the approvals it will obtain, before any commitment is asked of the family.

There are no online estimates for this work, because every plot, title and family is different. If this describes your land, use the enquiry form on this page and mention the plot; the founder’s office responds within a week.
