Use the complete registration number and the promoter name to identify the relevant Karnataka RERA record. A project’s marketing name may differ from its registered name. Match the location and phase to the home being discussed.

What registration does—and does not—show.

RERA registration provides a public record and statutory disclosures; it is not a promise of investment return or a substitute for reviewing title and approvals. Consult the current record, filed updates, any extensions and the agreement for the applicable completion and handover position.

Any marketing target date must be distinguished from the registered completion timeline. A stage of construction is not the same as an occupancy certificate or confirmed possession.

Drawings, amenities and surroundings.

Artist’s visualisation means a render or concept. The applicable approved plan and written specification define the home and amenities offered. Proposed later-phase features must be labelled separately and must not be presented as delivered amenities for the current phase.

Suprabhatham’s lake park is outside the project. Access, operation and upkeep are controlled by the responsible authority; views depend on the particular home and surrounding conditions. Prestige City is a location landmark, without an implied affiliation.

Areas, costs and availability.

Carpet area, balcony/terrace area, saleable area and undivided land share are different measures. Refer to the exact unit’s area statement and transaction documents. Historic marketing prices and whole-project counts must not be read as current price or stock.
