Before shortlisting
Identify who will own and use the home, confirm your FEMA eligibility and tax residence, set a total budget and tell the team your country, time zone and preferred contact method.
For the project conversation
Request the exact apartment plan, current availability, applicable phase, RERA record, approved specifications, dated cost sheet, payment schedule and possession wording. Arrange a live video walkthrough and, if useful, a visit by someone you nominate.
Before a payment or signature
Use your own bank, advocate and tax adviser to check title and approvals, transaction terms, payment route, TDS and any Power of Attorney. Confirm the recipient account through a verified company contact. An enquiry or video visit is not a reservation.
For the first call
No passport, PAN, bank details or identity-document upload is needed for the first enquiry. Share only your own name, contact route, project interest and suitable local call time.
