Challaghatta, the Purple Line terminus, is the nearest metro station. Walk the route from the project gate at the hour you would travel; the team will share the entrance pin.
Is 2027 the registered possession date?
The RERA registration carries its own completion date, shown on the certificate linked above. The team gives the construction schedule for your tower in writing, with both dates.
Which approvals can I review?
The RERA registration is linked here; every other approval is available with its certificate, issuer and date in the Approval Vault and at the site office.
How do I compare price?
Use a dated cost sheet for the selected home, including taxes, charges, payment stages and booking terms.
What does UDS mean?
Undivided share is the land interest recorded for your apartment in the relevant documents. It is explained in the Learn hub, alongside area definitions.
